Leading ourselves and leading others requires trust, clarity, and the confidence to act despite the risk of rejection, ridicule or retribution. Tomorrow's leaders are stepping up with new tools to banish doubt, create team and community, and find success and happiness on their own terms both inside and out. What possibilities are calling you beyond the ordinary for your organization, your team, and your life?

In this interactive and highly experiential workshop, you will:

  • Get a clearer vision for your personal and professional direction that takes your current leadership to the next level
  • Define a more empowering understanding of success and happiness that works for you to access more of your strengths, capacities and insights
  • Develop a flexible plan that inspires you to choose more of what you want and draw more from your natural genius

Target Audience: This experience is ideal for change-agents, thinkers, consultants and presenters embracing one of these three stages of leadership:

Objectives:
You will walk away with a clearer sense of your personal definition of success and happiness with practical tools you can apply immediately to think better, create more effectively, and contribute more widely and deeply.

Pre-Work: None. This workshop is especially for you if you have interests in meditation, mind-body connection, mindfulness, practical synergy, wisdom in business and conscious leadership.

Alex & Beth Iglecia

Biographies: Alex Iglecia dreams of a world that plays without shame, so he helps speakers and leaders with a calling have the clarity and confidence to make sense of their vision and share their compelling message authentically so the people who need them can easily say yes.

He is a former NASA engineer from Cornell University turned Mind-Body expert with a Masters degree in Conscious Evolution. Alex worked with founders of three cutting-edge modalities and learned directly how self-trust, clarity of purpose and the confidence to put yourself out there can make or break success.

Beth Iglecia, MA is co-founder of Evolution Playground and brings 20 years of corporate experience along with an M.A. in Conscious Evolution from The Graduate Institute and a B.S. in Leadership from Northeastern University to her coaching and speaking engagements.

Beth has spoken internationally to audiences of speakers, coaches, facilitators, change agents and management consultants with a message of empowering yourself and creating confidence as she uniquely blends her for-profit and non-profit experience with a deep background in holistic health and stress management practices.
