Afternoon Parallel-Track Session - June 10th

ZENSIGMA: Or, The Stories We Tell Are the Stories We Live

Presented by Pauline Arneberg and Steve Siegel
Primary Focus: Understanding Systems
Secondary Focus: Mindfulness

Abstract: This session builds on dia logos (dialogue) and presents a way to consider objective data and problem solving while integrating our subjective experience.  Especially useful for those trying to solve chronic or consistently recurring problems. How can we explain the disconnect between what we say we want, and our results?  What is the role of culture?  How can we know culture?  How Do We Think? This session will be conducted thru a simulation and will require high degrees of participation from all attendees.
