Conference Session
Exploring Organizational Renewal:
My Opportunities / My Roles

Presented by Jon Bergstrom

Abstract: We all want our organizations to improve through progress over time or wholesale change.   But, only those who have an understanding and a vision of new possibilities can make change happen. This session will explore three fundamental foundations necessary for bringing new thinking into your culture. We will also explore your thinking about other opportunities for organizational change.

Working on organizational change is not for the faint of heart. The question is: “What are you willing to do?” We will explore opportunities for personal leadership in bringing this new thinking to life.

Bring a brave heart and lots of questions to this interactive session.
