Greetings from the In2:InThinking Network!
After months of planning, we are proud to announce plans for our 2015 Forum, set for June 10th - 14th in Los Angeles, California.
Join us for the first time, or 14th time, as we celebrate another year of providing access to novel ideas that are essential to teamwork in any organization, with a simple theory that the ability to work together and learn together is built upon a foundation of improving how we thinking together. This year's Forum, titled "Break the Mold: Aspire, Inspire, Achieve," includes: Link here to download our Forum brochure, filled with details on the entire program. In addition, we are proud to continue our tradition of offering a registration fee of $400 to our Weekend Conference, with a $50 discount for registrations received on or before midnight (PT) on Wednesday, April 29th.
With our habit of teamwork and through the dedication and "pay it forward" outlook of our presenters, we're also pleased to maintain our tradition of offering an exceptional collection of Pre-Conference sessions. This year, we're offering 17 sessions in three parallel-tracks over three (3) days, all free with the exception of two sessions with material fees. And, to help us offset costs for hosting the Pre-Conference expenses, we have added a daily attendance fee of $10. As always, bring your ideas, stories, experiences, challenges, and opportunities to share and explore with peers in an environment that is always open to possibilities. Whatever you decide, we invite you to join us for half a day or all five (5) days and take advantage of our once-a-year voyage, where our partnership with attendees, presenters, and a growing list of "Partners InThinking" continues to provide a Forum of exceptional ideas for an exceptional value.
For our focus this year, we were once again inspired by W. Edwards Deming, who reminded each of us that we have three sources of power:
1) Formal [where we fall in an organization's hierarchy]
2) Knowledge
3) Personality He added that "A successful leader develops 2 and 3: does not rely on no. 1. He has nevertheless obligation to use no.1, as this source of power enables him to change the system - equipment, methods, materials - to bring improvement...." As designed, our 2014 Forum ("Succeed With Inquiry: Insights, Knowledge, Action") addressed the second form of power, knowledge (from inquiry). The third form, personality, is the focus for our upcoming Forum, ("Break the Mold: Aspire, Inspire, Achieve.") Our 5-day Forum begins with three (3) days of Pre-Conference sessions, with 17 offerings, on
June 10th, from 7:00am - 7:15pm June 11th, from 7:00am - 4:15pm June 12th, from 7:00am - 4:15pm As always, our Forum provides an environment where compelling ideas and insights will evolve from an exposure to new thoughts and open minds. And, these ideas and insights may lead you in untold exciting directions in your work and life after the Forum. And now, we ask you to invest your time for a glimpse of the many dimensions of our 2015 Forum website (with summary details below) and, to consider what you will experience at our Forum, we welcome you to join us. When you are ready, link here to register. If you are not ready to register, but are likely to attend, please complete our RSVP Survey to help us with attendee estimates in our planning efforts. Regarding housing, we have reserved a block of rooms at the nearby Hampton Inn. Find details at this link. Best regards!

| In2:InThinking Network 2015 Forum Break the Mold: Aspire, Inspire, Achieve Each month, we join with Aerojet Rocketdyne's (AR) InThinking Network to invite you to participate in a conference call with esteemed Thought Leaders and meet them mind-to-mind through the 16th year of Ongoing Discussion conference calls. We are also partnering with AR in 2015 on their InThinking Roadmap efforts, the "Thinking Together About..." webinars, now in operation for a fourth year. Once a year, we invite you to meet such Thought Leaders and fellow Network members and meet them both mind-to-mind and face-to-face. Soon, it will be time to reconvene in Los Angeles. Through our planning efforts, we selected a Forum theme which is inspired by the efforts of our members to engage in thinking transformations. This year we celebrate the ability of our members to inspire, aspire, and achieve. This year's presentations will provide us with ample opportunities to explore the potential for thinking together, learning together, and working together. In between, we will be provoked on topics ranging from Leadership: Shaping the Future, Leading with Variation, and By What Method?, in parallel-track sessions led by Pauline Arneberg, Bill Bellows, Mike Beck, Kevin Cahill, Steve Dightman, Dave Nave, Eric Schockman, Peter Stonefield, As always, we have scheduled a wide variety of Our 2015 Forum at a Day-by-Day Glance........ |
